The Querétaro Wine Region is located a four-hour drive north of Mexico City, right in the middle of the country, where many exciting things are happening in this quaint and beautiful area. The unique geo-climatic conditions of Finca Sala Vivé vineyards in the Bernal Valley result in an extreme viticulture, which, in turn, translates into very high quality.

SPARKLING - Cultivated from traditional grapes used in the Champagne method (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay) this bright Sparkling Wine boast a fine trail of bubbly beads. Elegant and fairly expressive; fruit-driven, with highlights of pears, green apples and citrus. Bottle $32

ROSADO - A Rosé Wine made of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this dry and crisp wine is light in the attack subtle tannins, a fruity aftertaste, and a harmonious finish. Bottle $35

TEMPRANILLO - A full-bodied Red wine with fruity and floral aromatic intensity evoking the aromas of red fruits, plums, tobacco, red flowers and cherries denoting notes of vanilla and coconut. These surprising wines are full-bodied and are an elegant expression of the Mexican terroir. Bottle $30
